At what time does it start?

Gates will open at 11am and festival will go on until midnight! This event is a “rain or shine” event – No refunds.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online at www.horizoncitywinefestival.com or at Moonlight Bar and Grill (16000 Ashford St.)

Can anyone under 21 attend this event?

Yes but absolutely no one under the age of 21 can drink.


Do I need to take my ID?

Yes, you will need an I.D including your birth date (no photo copies accepted) and no exceptions for entry without this proof that you are 21 or over. ALL attendees must drink responsibly. Failure to do so will result in the loss of tasting privileges.

Can we bring lawn chairs?

Yes! Lawn chairs are welcomed and highly encouraged!

What is included in the price of admission?

Included with your price of admission is a complimentary commemorative wine glass and 5 WINES or craft beer tastings.

Are additional sampling tickets available for purchase?

Yes, you will be able to buy extra sampling tickets.

What if I lose my ticket I bought Online?

There will be a copy of all receipts at the gate, if you need a copy of your receipt, please e-mail us at horizonwinefestival@gmail.com and we’ll send you one. Purchaser must show ID to claim tickets at “Will Call”.

Are pets allowed?

We apologize but pets are not allowed.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

Yes, if they aren’t sold out. They will be $20 each. Don’t forget, first come first serve wine glasses. Tickets bought online will guarantee a wine glass.

Will wine bottles be for sale?

Yes they will. Wine bottles will be sold at the event for festival consumption, if you wish to take wine bottles home there will be a booth right outside the festival for wine bottle purchase. No open container may leave festival ground, including wine bottles.

Is there going to be a bar at the festival?

Yes, we will have a full bar available.

What should I wear?

No shoes, no shirt, NO ENTRY! Bare feet can get cut on broken glass. T-shirts, shorts are OK. Be comfortable. Be safe. Be sensible. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

Who does the event benefit?

Percentage of the proceeds will go to the El Paso Diabetes Association.
